How to track that all ice candidates are added? There used to be an icegatheringstatechange event, but now, as I understand it, it has been removed. What other options are there?

When the last ice candidate is added, the icegatheringstate changes to complete. Therefore, we can hang an event on adding an ice candidate and check if the icegatheringstate has changed to complete.
