How to track product usage on a remote server?

Question: Are there any tools for collecting statistics for such decisions?
For example, track the execution of certain events, collect errors that have occurred, and so on. Something like google analytics, but for a standalone product.

You can embed GTM (google tag manager) into the product code and actually write scripts there to track actions.
The second option is to make your own API and configure the product to send AJAX events to your server, but this can create a big load for you
