How to track news on a specific site?

Is it possible to programmatically track news on a specific page, and as soon as the right word pops up, send a message to one of the messengers? For the message to chirp and wake me up.

Use any RSS reader. Usually news sites have support for RSS, and setting up a loud notification in the RSS client itself is a matter of two minutes.

Yes. FetchRSS.com and analogues to help.
as soon as the right word pops up

1. Receive rss feed to mail;
2. Correctly set up filters in the mail to assign a label.
send a message to any of the messengers

Set up mail and messenger integration. Zapier.com and similar. Letters, of course, take only with the right label.
