How to track IP address change?

Greetings!
There is a server whose external IP address changes periodically (and sometimes at the wrong time).
Is there any way to find out which one it was changed to?
Otherwise, running to another building is not always convenient :)

Use DynDNS and analogues and ping the domain.
Script to get the current ip and upload / write the file to ftp / to the database.
Walk through a DynDNS domain or an alias to a DynDNS domain.
