How to track down an application/service that is overloading HDD in CentOS?

Today I received a notification from my hoster about exceeding the limits for reading data from the disk.

How to catch the service or application that called it? With a disk volume of 10GB, reading 13GB per hour is clearly some kind of anomaly.
Server configuration: 1*2.2GHz, 512mb ram, 10gb hdd.
Used as a web server with VestaCP. (several sites on wordpress)
You won't be able to watch iotop around the clock. I would like to receive some kind of reports for every hour.
