How to track conversions with frame/script?

Good afternoon!
There is a website of a travel agency, they have connected various modules, which are presented by ittour.com.ua. Modules of two types - are displayed through the frame (which, of course, is no longer used by anyone, since it is not adaptive) and through html code, such as:

<div id="itTourWidgetWrapper"></div><script id="itTourWidgetScriptJsx"  src="https://www.ittour.com.ua/tour_search.jsx?id=DxxxxxxxxxO432&ver=3"></script>

In neither case 1 nor 2 can I use:
"Click
Add a code snippet to the page that contains the button or link you want to track clicks on."
And itTour does not have the "arbitrary redirect" functionality after ordering a tour. So how do you track these conversions? I think it's a common problem.
