How to track conversions on sites with a lot of affiliates/subdomains?

Hello! I have an online store with 40 affiliate subdomains, I just can’t figure out how to correctly set goals for tracking conversions (for example, to the cart).
The goal is to get convenient statistics on conversions (mainly to the shopping cart) for 40 branches, with the ability to understand the dynamics separately in each branch.
1. If I just make a goal for the cart link (the ending of the url is the same for all branches), then I get general statistics for all orders, where it is impossible to isolate in which branches the orders were made
2. If I start making a goal in the Moscow_Cart format (with a unique url for each baskets of the branch), then the limit of goals (Analytics and Metrica have limits on the number of goals) ends.

Use views - there are 25 of them, each can create 20 goals.
For example, group branches by federal districts - Center, Siberia, Southern Federal District ... There will be less than 25 of them, and each will have less than 20 of your branches.
