How to track changes in tables?

There is a DB in which tables the manager fills, it is necessary for me that all actions (adding, deleting and editing) could be viewed by the administrator. I did not find a single good log and its creation, maybe there is some kind of query that will show some actions, or will you still have to do triggers on all tables?
