How to track an employee's mail if the domain is delegated to Yandex?

Mail for domain

The organization has a domain. The domain is delegated to Yandex. We create mailboxes for employees.
The authorities had a need for some employees to control correspondence.
Is it possible to do something like duplicating incoming mail at [email protected] to the mail of the chief [email protected], but not with the usual rules for processing letters, which the employees themselves can disable in the mail settings a level higher (or lower) =)
Yandex tech support replied, "...There is currently no such possibility..."
