How to track all outgoing traffic while on the site?

How to track/create a log of sites/subsites to/accessed by a site while you visit it. For example: during authorization, the site throws through a lot of redirects that authorize you in a second and throw you back to the site. How to collect all outgoing traffic at this moment, and parse it for viewing?

Open the "network" tab in the developer tools and check the box "Continuous log"
