How to trace the loss of a computer on the network?
Simple task: there is a computer (s) in the network. known ip. We need a good simple softina (for Windows) that will sit, let's say, in the tray and monitor which of the pets suddenly disappears from the network and so that the program, like an antivirus, squeaks in a pig's voice that someone has disappeared. Too lazy to google and try a million options.

Yes, there are many programs. Any monitor will do for this. Here are the popular ones: Nagios, Zabbix, Cacti, MRTG, Munin, etc...
Seriously, I would advise Zabbix
Or laziness - then Nagios
If completely lazy - then Cacti
here you can look at alternatives to what you have already been correctly advised, and choose a platform: alternativeto.net/software/zabbix
