How to "tile" two different wallpapers on two monitors?

There is Windows 10 and two monitors. I made two different wallpapers on monitors through the usual personalization (choose a photo to set for 2 monitors), since win10 learned how to do this. But in this situation, the background property is set to "Fill", and I need to "Tile", but as soon as I select "Tile", the picture from the second monitor is reset to the original one, which is on the first monitor, if you select 2nd picture for 2nd monitor again, then the mode changes to Fill.
How can I make it so that there are different pictures on the monitors, but the mode is "Tile" without any additional software?
