How to test the site?

There was a question about testing the feedback form. I want to test 2 options: PHP + Ajax and formspree.io
Naturally, nothing works from the local machine.
What are the means to implement verification? Immediately throw on the hosting on which the site will be deployed? Deploy something on a machine, a la OpenServer, Denwer? Or are there some simpler solutions?

For good, you need to put yourself Nginx / Apache - a web server on the local, and even better - XAMPP. Everything will be already included there, there will be PHP, databases, and regular HTML / JS / CSS.
