How to test sending mail to localhost?

Well, I think that comments are not needed here, except for one. I have windows. Don't offer Linux

To test templates, there are built-in Rails tools - Previewing Emails , after which viewing views will be available at localhost:3000/rails/mailers
To test sending emails, use gem letter_opener

I'm testing sending mail locally with the mailcatcher gem . Didn't check if the gem works on Windows.
