How to test design in mobile applications?

Faced the difficulty of testing the design of mobile applications. There is a layout in Figma, but there is a question, how to correctly compare the sizes of elements and colors to match?
There is only an option to take a screenshot from the phone, take a screenshot from the prototype with the same size from the figma and compare by overlaying the layers. But maybe there is some more civilized way? Special applications or ideas for setting up a bench assembly?
