How to measure RPS in JMeter and pass this metric to InfluxDb?

In addition to the default metrics that can be collected and sent via the BackEndListener, I would like to receive RPS (as this can be easily obtained and seen using Yandex.Tank). The question is, with which plugin you can collect RPS and how to transfer this data from JMeter to InfluxDb
