How to test an application in TestFlight?

There is a developer certificate, uploaded a binary file to itunes connect, now the assembly for external testers is in the "waiting for verification" stage. How can I send it for beta check I can not understand? Some button should be or something

1)Create an archive and upload it to the App Store
2)Go to https://itunesconnect.apple.com/
3)Go to "Users and Roles" and add testers, etc.
4)Go to "My Applications" -> select an application -> actions (there we select the assembly and something like start testing)
5) An invitation for testing and a code will come to the mail
6) Enter the code in TestFlight, after which this application appears there and you can download
