Resources for publishing a review / announcement of a Russian ios application?

More than once I have read that with the promotion of Russian ios applications, everything is quite simple - just publish reviews on Russian thematic sites and things will more or less go. Another, they say, deal with the US-UK market.
I would like to ask, to what thematic resources should I send reviews or an announcement of an ios application?
Well, everyone knows the 4dpa developer support project .
On iphones.ru , it seems like you can publish a dev-story.
Also on ispreadnews you can order a newsletter for 49 Russian-language resources with the text of the announcement for $30. The benefit is questionable, but it's probably worth a try.
What other resources do you know for publishing reviews/announcements? Maybe something from your own experience?

You read what you wanted to read. Not what was written.
Reviews are just a starting spurt, which in the medium and long term will not affect the sales of your app in any way. And to consider it as a way of "promotion" is fundamentally wrong.
Starting overview boost - gives an understanding of how well the app is monetized => whether it is worth investing money in real promotion.
