How to test a license to connect up to 100 people to Windows Server 2016 via RDP?

In VirtualBox, I picked up Windows Server 2016, configured it to remotely connect up to 100 people. How can I test this to see if the license will work with 100 people or not? In order not to ask 100 people to connect, but somehow differently.

Go to the license server, connect several rdp sessions and see if the number of free ones has decreased.
