How to teach fancybox3 to open images on the server with Cyrillic names?

I use fancybox3 modal windows on the site.
The problem is that I have the names of the files that should be opened in Cyrillic and they basically open in the browser via a direct link to the file, but fancybox does not load them anymore.
File names in Cyrillic on the server are, of course, not Feng Shui, but nothing can be done about it.
This is how it works:
