How to display Cyrillic characters in the console in VSCode when working in python?

I work with python in vs code. I need Cyrillic to be displayed in the vs code editor console itself.
Instead of the Russian language, question marks are displayed.

Changing the encoding to another does not help, the default is UTF-8. There are only such encodings

Usually it is advised to install windows-1251, but it is not there ...

Judging by the interface, you haven't updated vs code for a long time: start with this.
If that doesn't help, look in the python extension settings for which console is the runtime.
