How to teach Dropbox to start without administrator rights?

Help me understand - dropbox is only able to launch successfully when run as administrator, although it should not ask for so much.
There is Windows 7, in which I work with local administrator rights, UAC is enabled, the machine is included in the domain.
Dropbox is installed in "C:\Users\%user\AppData\Roaming\Dropbox\", tried reinstalling.
The problem is that when autoloading, Dropbox starts up, complains about the unavailability of devices (the card reader adds devices, even if the slots are empty) starts, but the process hangs in memory, the tray icon does not appear, synchronization is not running.
Eliminated quite easily - bang and recreate the %TEMP% directory (C:\Users\%user\AppData\Local\Temp).
The second problem is that after auto-updating the dropbox, the situation returns. At the same time, the dropbox launched "as administrator" starts successfully.
What is the reason? Where to dig? How to catch this strange anomaly by the hand?

1. Create a user with reduced rights and start on his behalf.
2. Run in a sandbox with permissions: www.sandboxie.com
3. Try contacting Dropbox's TP.
