How to take the first steps of an enikey worker?
Hello. I am 21 years old, I live in Krasnodar. I want to get a job as an intern. It so happened that I am already in the 4th year of management. I don't want to be a manager. For some time now, from a simple lamer, I have been trying to master the skills of everything at once.
There is an opportunity, I want to work either for the minimum wage, or for free in general, I just have a desire to gain skills and experience.
Where to begin? I went to the head hunter, indeed, Avito - everywhere either experience or advanced knowledge. Server, knowledge of administration of operating systems, knowledge of working with local and global VPN networks. All this can be found on the Internet, but experience is required everywhere.
Or so, perhaps work experience for the employer is a guarantee that I am endowed with knowledge. Let's say he understands that I want to get a job as an intern. But what if I don't have a specialized education?

As such, education is not important for enikei, education will be needed if you are going to develop further. You go to support to a large local provider - they always recruit people for the first line of support and network installers. In both cases, the work is hard and low-paid, but it gives some experience and some knowledge.
I am a cook by education and this has never prevented me from living and working as an administrator: D
Here the question is different - do you have a store of knowledge in principle?
Well, there are 3 ways:
1. Get a job in a small office for a little money, you won’t get experience, but they will make an entry into the labor force (if you’re lucky, something like a “computer technician”)
2. Ask yourself as an assistant administrator - then how lucky with experience, but they will definitely teach you how to crimp the cable
3. Pass a pack of cisco certifications, etc., go to work for a more or less decent position. Knowledge will be added normally but expensive. Experience unfortunately will not throw, but they can turn a blind eye to this.
Learn Windows server and everything connected with it. At least something will be in the baggage of knowledge.
At one time, I was helped to start in the fourth year with basic knowledge of PC and Windows. I got a job in the technical support of MTS offices with a schedule of 40 hours a week, in addition to full-time training, two months later I left with some knowledge in a non-core company (construction) for the position of an on-site system administrator with a wide range of tasks - video surveillance, networks, hardware, 1s, etc. .d. There was one more small office with exit adminstvom on clients. Everywhere there are cases, their systems, and the first experience appeared.
