How to take dimensions from real buildings for subsequent modeling?

Hello, are there any simple methods by which you can "grab" approximate (with an accuracy of 10-20 cm) dimensions from real buildings for subsequent modeling in 3D. Preferably without the involvement of expensive equipment such as laser scanners, in the format "I came as a tourist, spent half an hour on measurements and restored the geometry at home without any problems." Maybe someone even wants to develop a convenient technique for designers and modelers enthusiasts, I'm ready to help with illustrations and tests of practical application.

google sketchup used to be, then it seems to have become slightly paid, look.
Recovery from photos and data from google maps. (Conventionally, the length and width are known, it’s not difficult to calculate the height from the photo + -
PS 10-20 centimeters of error for measuring such distances without professional equipment - these are not “approximate” - these are fucking accurate!
PPS No offense to you - but solutions for no one will obviously do measurements and build 3d models on their knees, firstly because of the lack of demand, and secondly because of the technical complexity of the solution

You can take a program that you once bought and abandoned autodesk. It is called image modeller. Take/find a bunch of photos of the building of interest (the higher the resolution, the more accurate the result). Load it into the program, place control points, and get the points you need in 3d space, which you can navigate.
In the program, it seems that you can set the focal length, and the value of lens distortion, which should also increase accuracy.
