How to take a screenshot in Linux Mint with an active dropdown menu?

Installed Linux Mint 20 Ulyana.
If a drop-down menu is active (alt-menu from the top bar of any program or even RMB on the desktop), the screenshot does not work.
I looked in the keyboard settings: default on pressing PrtScr - call xfce4-screenshooter (if it's important).

How can I take a screenshot of the drop down menu?

I use kazam, and screenshots (in your case, you need to set a delay) and screenshots can be written. There are hot keys, very convenient. Yes, there is no nichrome in the help about hot keys! There are in the source code and in Google.
You can still zyuzat peek.

Put spectacle, there you can set a delay before the screenshot. Set 5 seconds, click to take a screenshot, open the menu and wait.
