How to systematize financial accounting and planning?

There are several ways to receive money.
Several dozen projects per month.
Several dozen performers per month.
Trying to do everything in tables or looking for an alternative solution.
The task is that I can get answers to the following questions from the tables:
How much money can I withdraw now?
Sales forecast?
Project closure forecast?
When to whom to pay money?
How much money should be reserved?
How much money should be set aside for taxes and when to pay?
A cut of expenses on what you can save on, cost optimization?
When to pay all sorts of little things freelancing, vacancies, hosting, etc.
I would like to hear options for solving my problem, I am ready to discuss in more detail in the format of a consultation. Thank you!

And what are you doing? Programming probably, judging by the subscriptions?
Why not write your own product?

You need a program that can keep BDDS (cash flow budget), where you can plan all expenses and incomes, see how much money is now and how much is needed at one time or another. Often these are heavy and expensive softwares. Look for programs in some online software store, such as allsoft, with the "budget" tag. Surely you can choose according to your tasks.

Hello! We have written universal software for financial accounting for our projects. However, I put it into practice and keep my home records in it, and my partners who participate in our joint projects also keep records in it. If interested, call 8-903-449-77-40 (Alexey) we can discuss. He works online. Or write to [email protected]
It all started with the fact that we kept records of funds in a paper journal, and counted them in Excel. It was not very convenient, and sometimes it was that the cash desk did not converge and lost amounts.
Now those who bring money to the cash desk (managers) log in under their accounts and deposit amounts that they then deposit at the cash desk.
We also made custom indicators based on formulas. That is, as in a car, the dashboard shows only what I need.
