How to systematize authentication on servers through Microsoft?

Hello!
It is necessary that on all servers there is a single authentication through Active Directory and LDAP. When registering through the web tool, a new user is created in "Active Directory Users and Computers", a private OpenVPN certificate, a private ssh key, and an account on the Minecraft java edition and Minecraft Bedrock server are created with the data specified during registration on the website.
Moreover, if a user is created in Active Directory, then it is created in all other services and can be managed systematically, and if a user is created in the other services listed above (except for the Web), then it remains created only in this service.
If the password or login changes through the Web interface, then these data change everywhere.
How can this be done?!!!
