How to synchronize wordpress systems?

Hello.
There is a need to create 4 sites on wordpress, with different tasks.
Actually, questions:
1. Is it possible to have a single database of registered users on them? Those. wherever you register, the login / password is common everywhere.
2. Is it possible to display options from the other 3 sites when performing a search on the site?
I have an assumption that this can be done if a single database is used.
I will be grateful for hints.

I guess views and the FEDERATED storage engine in MySQL can help to be able to use a single shared user table (wp_users).

If you use a single database, then you can use your own post types for each of the sites, as an option.
The second is to try to play around with multisite (plugins or figure it out yourself)

WordPress in "Multisite" mode will most likely do the job.
