Upload all audio recordings to Dropbox and then play it on the iPhone.
What are the difficulties:
1. Synchronization of Vkontakte audio recordings with Dropbox. Either you need to do this through a PC, or using a server utility. Unfortunately, I couldn't find either one.
Here you need to pay attention that it is "Synchronization" that interests you, and not the download of all audio recordings.
2. Playback on iPhone. Apple does not ban applications that allow you to download music from Dropbox, but nevertheless, such applications are not the largest number and they are far from the best quality.
