I checked it in safari on my computer and everything works fine too.
All properties and animations are written cross-browser, but in general it works everywhere, except for the iphone mobile phone. And the fact is that there is no way to look, firstly there is no iphone, secondly, although there would be no debugger on the mobile phone, but the customer instructs that everything works (he has an iphone) and the whole thing is necessary fix

Safari and iOS only support the non-standard property -webkit-transform., for example:
-webkit-transform: rotate(15deg);
