How to synchronize time on openwrt router without internet access?

The router communicates with only one device via ethernet (ssh), while the device does not allow Internet access to the router. I would like to synchronize the time between the device and the router before work. Is it possible to do this?

Install an NTP server on the "device" and allow the router to synchronize with it.
