How to synchronize the list of uhers from hell to the MFP address book?

There is a park for 50 PCs, AD, and 4 Xerox/HP network MFPs (so far without a print server).
Scans on the MFP are sent to the mail after selecting on the MFP - to whom to send.
Address books I correct manually, adding new\deleting dismissed.
Is it possible to somehow synchronize the list of users from AD - MFP?

Модели МФУ Xerox 2020, 5325, 7830, HP m750.

I can’t implement a scan on fs \ ftp - there is no place, I can quickly get dirty.

@SignFinder

look in the settings of the MFP for the possibility of importing from AD \ LDAP.

We did it a little differently on our versalink: on each computer, a local user with the same password, and without any rights (you can restrict it even more if paranoia torments you), set up a scan on the MFP in a shared folder (write permissions were given this user, for others to read) of each computer that needs to be scanned. Well, in the MFP menu they scored a list of these computers. A person approaches, chooses where to scan, and the scan is on his computer. And then let him drive - send by mail, or then what to do with the file.
They did not contact AD, because there are several thousand users in the domain, I think problems may arise. Here they often send from the computer to the wrong person, because the full name is the same (or almost the same), but there will be even more errors to send from the MFP. Yes, and only a dozen people are scanned, and all from the same floor and neighboring rooms. Extra menu items were removed from the start screen so that no one was stupid at the device, figuring out where to poke there (yes, they don’t want to read the instructions on 300 sheets).
