How to synchronize several databases 1C Enterprise Accounting PROF?

There are several bases 1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0 PROF which are scattered around the branches. Now the chief accountant uploads the bank (unloading from the bank) every day to each database. Is it possible to make it so that when uploading, for example, a bank to the base of the central office, all this is synchronized with other bases in the branches? I read something about RIB, but I don’t understand whether they will synchronize:
- accounts, acts, invoices, etc.;
- punched checks at online cash desks (so that everything can be seen in the central database);
- nomenclature (just like with a bank, changes in the central database should be made in the same way in the databases by branches).
We have file databases, 1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0 PROF.

where does CORP .....
Prof allow you to work in network mode.
Corp if an accountant wants to maintain accounting records taking into account branch features, i.e. use of special accounts.
https://1c.link/ if you don't have a network.
Rib is possible, but entails some accounting features. In your case, writing your own transfer rules.

There are two fundamentally different solutions to the problem:

  1. Each branch continues to work in its database + set up synchronization using RIB
  2. Abandon separate databases and switch to using a single online database. You raise the base on your server or you can transfer it to the cloud.

If the Internet is stable, then it is better to look towards the online option, because. RIB is not a panacea, it requires qualified configuration and support.
If there are no more than 5-10 users, then it is cheaper to work in the cloud, for example, in the 1C: Fresh cloud service, it comes out somewhere ~ 600 rubles. per month per user.
If your 1C: Accounting PROF has an ITS PROF subscription, then access to the cloud for 5 users and 10 infobases is provided free of charge and you will only have to pay extra for exceeding the limit of 5 users.
If there are more users, then perhaps your server will be cheaper, but this is not a fact and should be considered taking into account the costs, because. when using your own server, you still need to take into account the cost of the server hardware itself, self-administration, maintenance, updates, security, backups, etc.
PS
Switching to 1C: Accounting 8 version of the CORP is needed if you need to separately form your own balance for each branch, declarations for VAT, income tax, etc. If this is not necessary, then the PROF version will suffice.
