How to synchronize orders through web services?

Actually a subject. It is necessary to upload orders from 1s to Bitrix through web services in both directions. I’ll figure it out with 1s, but creating a web service on Bitrix is difficult. Can anyone suggest?

It is necessary to make web services on the 1C side that accept information about orders and return information about them. Thus, your site on Bitrix will communicate with 1C.
Please note that Bitrix must be the initiator of such an exchange.
