In general, there was such a problem:
There was mail for the domain on Yandex. I decided to transfer it to my server (now the RoundCube client, there are imap and pop3 protocols). Is it possible to transfer emails to a new server?
Now there are 2 mailboxes on Yandex on the domain: on one there are about 50 letters, on the second there are about 1500

in case of imap - use imapsync

I usually add a new account to Thunderbird and transfer mail to them.
