How to synchronize files on the local network?
In general, the essence is this. I have a folder on my disk and a folder on a file server on the network. You often have to work with these files and upload them to the file server. I would like to find some ready-made solution for synchronization.
ps there should be an option not to automatically synchronize, but only at my request, so that you can upload the files to the file server

gbackup. console program, can synchronize folders over the network as well. I use it on 2 servers, the author is a good fellow, he will help and correct if something is needed.
Windows already has a similar technology built into it, it's called "Offline Folders", just use it.
