How to synchronize downloading and reading files from different servers?

There are conditionally 2 identical servers, any, let it be for example Dell PowerEdge R510.

How to synchronize them, install a common OS on both servers and all their HDDs, not to sculpt your own OS on each SATA / SAS server?
Therefore, when uploading files, it will upload the file to the server where there is space and the file will be read from that server.
Another example is uploading a video to YouTube.

I don’t rummage at all, for me there is only a monolith so far, that is, 1 server, on it 1 HDD where the site, database and files are.

It's just a little expensive to pay 500 euros per month for 3 TB of space. And I thought maybe you can try to deploy at home.

Z.Y. I don't pay that much, I just looked at the prices before to calculate the profitability :3

It's called a clustered file system, and maintaining it yourself can cost as much as you pay now.
