What is the difference of shared library in jenkins?

I read the documentation, but I didn’t understand a little the difference between connecting the library:
library "my-lib" and @ Library 'my-lib'
when starting the pipeline, I see the difference that at the beginning @ Library is connected and then pipe goes, and in the other pipe starts and library is connected . so what is the point of these two kinds of libraries?
