How to sync music between Linux and Android?

I had an old iPhone 3GS with 32 gigabytes of memory, and I had it in those days when I did not recognize anything other than Android 4.0.4. The music there, of course, was synchronized via iTunes, which at first seemed inconvenient. A few years later, owning an already beaten Nexus 4, I dream of finding an analogue of such a simple and convenient software, so that without worrying, I just select the necessary folders and it would do everything by itself. I understand that you can simply use copying, but this is not always convenient, especially when there is scattered music. Is there such software? Or in some of the players there is such functionality? (ala-WMP)
PS: there is no money for the iphone, and everything that EPL does after 5s, as for me, is still shit.

The closest to iTunes is DoubleTwist but not for Linux.
There is also Winamp for the bucket and it can be synchronized with iTunes.
Still there is iSyncr it is only for synchronization, unlike Winamp'a.
