How to sync contacts from my iphone to my imac?

All my contacts are on my phone. How can I upload them from there to the address book on the iMac, the icloud account is connected on both devices, but for some reason a new contact is transferred from the computer to the phone, but the process does not want to go the other way around.

Turn off and on the synchronization on both devices
