How to sync a group of contacts on 3x android?

in a small company there are 3 people - a director, an accountant and a marketer;
a business advertising
marketer calls a cold database - and brings clients into his phone
; the director decides questions - he needs to see the full name and phone numbers of clients in a smartphone
; an accountant needs to call and bill clients
for all android phones 4.x
how to make sure that there are always up-to-date contacts on 3 phones?
1) and personal contacts of each employee
2) and the "clients at work" group - synchronized on the phones of all employees (if changed on any phone, contacts are updated / added / deleted in other phones)

figured it out - the scheme is as follows:
- create another google account
- add this account to the phones of all participants (it turns out 2 google accounts for each)
- editing contacts in this account - they are synchronized for everyone
