How to switch to a window from the first monitor to the second if there is an application on top of it?

This, guys, is the problem: let's say a browser, explorer and, for example, DotA are open on the first monitor.
The second monitor is empty, but I want to get to the explorer window open on the first monitor.
HOW TO DO IT???
It is not always convenient and fast to alt-tab from the application for the sake of dragging the window, but otherwise Windows simply does not know how to do it.
It doesn't help to "cascade windows", because it happens on the first monitor under the application - you can't see anything.
Shift + RMB on the application icon on the taskbar with the "Move" target does not work either - Chrome does not have this function active at all.
There is also "Task View", but it works separately for each monitor, common applications are not shown or dragged from monitor to another.
Fuuuuuh ....
Is it really impossible to blindly move the window to the second monitor with some key combination?

@messi10

there is a combination that allows you to move the current active window to the second monitor (Windows+Shift+Right Arrow or Left Arrow)
There is no standard tool to move an inactive window to another monitor.
If the window (for example, Dota) works in full screen mode, then everything is even worse there.
Maybe something new has appeared in win-10.

- One hell of a thing is not visible.
So what is it all about? Dota doesn't collapse, does it?
Of course, there are hotkeys:
win + →
win + ←
You can also try wirtuawin - an ancient, but very cool utility for managing desktops in Windows. There you can set your own global hotkeys, and bind to them at least sets of windows, at least entire desktops.
