How to switch layouts on Windows using the right Ctrl key?

The question is: what program can reassign layout switching to the right Control? I've been switching like this for a long time, and I can't get used to it otherwise. Windows 10. Used SwitchIt up to win7 inclusive, then for some time punto switcher, but it began to fail periodically. I replaced it with KeyLa, after a couple of months it also stopped working. Recently I used RusLat95, but after a couple of weeks after updating to win10, it stopped working. Are there any other ways to configure the layout switching to this particular key? Perhaps some registry tweak or other programs?
