How to switch between windows in GNOME 3 Ubuntu 17.10?

The developers planted a pig in the form of a gnome 3. It is generally impossible to work with him. Some kind of goofy shit. The desktops are made in an idiotic way, the usual switching between them is definitely not about the gnome. In addition, when 2 windows are open, it groups them and does not allow switching between them with the usual alt + tab combination.
How to make it possible to switch between windows in a normal way (as in all OSes)

there is a keyboard shortcut that toggles within a group. alt+` or something, I don't remember...
