How to swap subcategories and products in Drupal?

https://www.fto.ru/ The site first displays categories and only then products. I need to change them somehow. So that the products are displayed first. Who can tell which way to look?

1) Go to the admin panel
2) Structure -> Blocks
3) Find the blocks "Product catalog" and "Frequently bought goods" in the list of blocks
4) Swap them by dragging the cross to the right of the blocks.
