How to swap blocks in Woocommerce product card?

How to place the full description in the product card at the top, and below the name, price, buy button and a short description?
I tried to edit the single-product.php file, but it didn't help much.
Perhaps someone came across?

Hello!
Wocomer templates work with an action. To move a particular block, you must set a higher priority for it. actions is added to functions.php
