How to sue an operator for subscribing to a service without the consent of the subscriber?

Good day, need help.
SMS "Love horoscope" came. It was not in the Personal Account in subscriptions.
Then, after a certain time, an SMS came, which said that in a week the service would be paid. I did not connect
any services , did not send any SMS . I decided to go to my personal account, I see the "Love Horoscope" in my subscriptions, which costs 17 rubles. Canceled my subscription. It is clear that they took off a little, but I don’t want to let this go on the brakes. Out of principle, I want to write a statement of claim against MTS. I summarize: 1) I did not send any sms. 2) I did not enter any codes anywhere.
3) They signed without my knowledge and consent for a paid service, and since MTS acts as an intermediary, can I sue them for aiding in fraud?
On Habré there were already articles about such tricks on the part of MTS. So I'm wondering if it's possible to win a case against them?

Call them and activate the Content Ban service. Connect only by phone, you can not connect yourself. Stop worrying.

I’ll tell you a little secret - BUT MTS has a function to sign a subscriber by his phone number, i.e. if the site determined the number, and then you clicked on the secret link, then the subscription is considered activated :)

Do you happen to have Android?
All operators closed activation by link back in that year (if I'm not mistaken).
There are a lot of viruses under android that themselves send a subscription request / secretly receive SMS with a code / activate the subscription. You are not involved at all...

If it's not a secret, can I have the address of the verified site in the LAN?
I haven't even come across them...

Yesterday I called MTS. The operator said that it was impossible to get rid of subscriptions to beeps and so on. They say there were some kind of sms ... and so on ... Well, arrogant damn it.

In practice, it is unrealistic to prove. all the data is with the operator, respectively, he twists these data as he wants.
A friend was connected to a service that in a few days wrote off 750 rubles. He wrote a complaint to the prosecutor's office, to which MTS replied that, according to their data, the service was connected by the user. The prosecutor's office explained that there was no evidence and, in principle, it could not be. all data from the operator. They advised me to change the SIM card to another operator and the matter died out.

I've turned off everything that is possible, turned on the content ban. After a while, a newsletter arrives with the weather, which I will be signed for a week. Fucked up…

It's not an isolated case. Can you write a collective complaint, as an example?

You can write, you can prove - no. 4 years ago, I took a different path - I threw out MTS and took a SIM card from another operator, there are no problems. Sometimes it even surprises how much the cost of communication has decreased with more “expensive” tariffs.
