How to bypass nat provider and forward ports?

Hello!
The provider gives a crooked gray static IP address. (On 2ip.ru 215.215.215.215, wan router address 10.0.0.215) How to forward ports without VPS, VPLS through MPLS with QOS, APN in this case?! The method should be at least in the test version, but free. Where the port will be opened (America or even some kind of Tilimilitryamdia) is not important.

Without a white ip, no matter where - nothing will come of it. If you don't need a lot of traffic, then take a cheap vps from the same Aruba, 1 euro per month. Get a server with a white ip and 2 traffic teras, and then at least raise your vpn, at least forward the ports as you like.

There is a way.
Take a VPS, set up a connection there. There you destroy all the necessary forwarding. There is no other way without a white IP.
Cars don't fly, not because the motor won't pull :) But because there are no wings.
