How to submit wall.search on behalf of the community?

Previously, the wall.search method was public and could be called without an `access_token`, i.e. like this:
https://api.vk.com/method/wall.search?owner_id=-13...
Now the answer is error 8 - Invalid request: method is unavailable without access token.
As I understand it, now, due to changes, you need to pass ` access_token` for public methods as well. If I pass the community access key, then also an error:
User authorization failed: method is unavailable with group auth.

This method cannot be called with a group token. But in the documentation you can see another point:
Just create a stub application in which you take the service key for your application's public methods.
