How to submit hidden fields from checkout form?

Hello.
1C Bitrix and Bitrix 24 are synchronized and the checkout form from the cart falls into Transactions after checkout on the site.
The question is as follows.
In the component template, sale.order.ajax specified new fields hidden by type="hidden", for example:

<input type="hidden" name="NAME_00000"  value= >

....

The remaining fields are derived from the field list (name, phone, location, etc.).
In Bitrix 24 I created an additional field for my hidden field, for example U32234_32432
How to pass the value of my hidden field NAME_00000 in the form so that it comes to Bitrix 24 in the additional field U32234_32432.
I can not understand where to register it so that it is processed and sent. What can be thought? share, thanks!
